vayasyān atidāruṇaḥ
prasahya niranukrośaḥ
paśu-māram amārayat

ākrīḍe—in the playground; krīḍataḥ—while playing; bālān—boys; vayasyān—of his age; ati-dāruṇaḥ—very cruel; prasahya—by force; niranukrośaḥ—merciless; paśu-māram—as if slaughtering animals; amārayat—killed.
